I totally agree with you. I was soooo mad when that sweet baby beagle was killed. Seriously almost as bad as Marley and Me! I couldn't look past it to enjoy anything else. Even though he killed about 200 bad guys for said act, I still couldn't handle it. I heard they're making a sequel to this movie, and I'm just not interested.

Yeah likewise. I had a hard time caring about the rest of the movie because I couldn't emotionally get over that scene and I agree about the bad guy thing. I couldn't care a less about the bad guys because I was still reeling from the puppy dying.

I remember distinctly looking at my BF going "WHY??!! Why would you make me watch something like this??!!" Even he was disturbed by it. But in his mind the killing spree made him feel slightly better about things lol. I cuddled my beagle extra close that night.

I get it pushing him to kill a bunch of childish thugs but why did it have to be the dog? Couldn't they have done without the dog and burned down his house or something?? lol
