Great idea. How do we invite others to such a "group" (of sorts) -- by circulating a blog post referencing the "group" page/tag/link?

That's pretty much all I could come up with too. There's really no privacy to it, but it does fulfill the "gather them up and put them in one place" part of groups that I'm missing.

Feel free to use that #uniquetag so you can mess about with it without having to make your own if you want. I'll leave that page there for a good while.
Thanks. Now I'll only have to come up with a group name/topic, I suppose ... :)
I see Debbie ("Debbie's Spurts") is already using this technique to great effect to collect the various tutorials that have been floating around!

LOL, and I didn't even steal it off her, it's basically how tumblr side pages work (except there, you're more likely to make one to track your own posts on a specific tag). But definitely great minds think alike :)
Yes! :) (Didn't mean to suggest you'd stolen it of her, btw.) Though I'm still hoping we'll get "real" groups soon. And consolidated book and author pages ...

Are you doing the bottom bit as well? you have to do both at the same time for it to work. (I can add a screenshot of mine, so you can see, if that'll help)

I added one, and clarified the instructions a little, hope that helps you out

This is a REALLY good idea! And a clever workaround too!
