That's good to know about the audio. It's on my list of never-read classics that I feel guilty about and intend to read one of these days. Who's the narrator for the version you listened to?

The narrator was Frank Muller, and the publisher was Recorded Books. Actually the whole thing is available here:

Oh, Frank Muller is one of my all-time favorite narrators! Thanks for the link. I didn't realize you could get whole audiobooks on YouTube.

Me either, but I went exploring a bit after Bookstooge told me I could see the whole Dune miniseries on there, and discovered there's a whole mountain of stuff.

And I was a little surprised I liked Muller's narration as much as I did, since the book is so quintessentially British. But I did, and I intend to keep an eye out for more things read by him too.

Hey that's the cover our books had when I read this in high school! Wow, just noticed that audio is 9 hrs. Was going to say I'd go listen now, but I think I'll bookmark it! Will definitely sample it at least - it's been long enough since I've read it to be vague on details now.
