I love both as so many authors now a days especially indie authors only publish that way.For me the books I collect I collect in hardcover.I use my local library for paperbacks.As our used book stores have gone out in our area I found that our local library has been my go to for buying used books.I recently snagged the whole harry potter series in Hardcover for 12.00.

I prefer "real" (paper) books, too. I've noticed I read quicker and more superficially when I'm reading on a screen, and besides ... you just can't replace that feeling of holding a real book and turning its pages. -- I literally can't walk by a bookstore without entering ... and coming out again with a bag full of treasures.
