.....Concetta M Payne was born in Queens, NY and grew up in Lodi, NJ. Currently she lives in Glen Allen, Virginia with her loving husband George. She has three grown children: a son and two daughters along with her extended family of three grown step-sons......She has been blessed with twelve grandchildren and two great granddaughters. Two of her youngest grandchildren inspired her to write her children's stories. While playing with her grandson Justin and his racing game, she thought it would be more fun if all the racing cars had names. .....Her broad imagination along with her grandson's suggestions made her dream become a reality. Her granddaughter Angie Bella's exuberant reaction brought joy to her heart. .....Concetta's most precious moments are spent reading to children, especially her grandchildren, whether it is a bedtime story or just fun leisure time reading. Much of her time is spent promoting literacy to children. She totally agrees that early reading habits directly relates to scholastic achievement. .....Other past time pleasures, in addition to enjoying her family, include writing poetry, crocheting, gardening and making inspirational angels. Her special handmade angels honor those women who are battling to survive breast cancer. .....The main character of her story is in memory of her mini poodle "BoBo". .....Concetta's second "BoBo" story is called "BoBo Races on The Tricky Triangle". Another heartwarming, inspirational and well written story. .....BoBo the Race Car Trilogy..."BoBo's New Challenge...
