Got a little repetitive but some thought provoking ideas on what motivates us to act how we do. Might have got a higher rating had I paid more attention to the fact it's primarily about business, but there were still lessons to be learnt for those of us who don't work in traditional businesses.

I took notes, got some good ideas and was impressed that Pink, who is a Business Book Author was seemingly digging up som...

Well-written popular management and psychology of motivation text that is generally accurate, which is not true of all of them. Pink argues against overuse of extrinsic motivators (rewards, carrot-and-stick) and for facilitating intrinsic, internal ones. He includes an annotated bibliography and app...

So, I listened to this entire book about motivation, and I can't figure out why I don't feel motivated to write a review. No carrot, no stick, no review.
