Everything you need to know about walking the length of the Falmouth beaches along paved paths and all the facilities and attractions to be found at each of them. There's something to suit all weathers and all ages in Falmouth. There are gardens, a nature reserve lagoon, two indoor pools, a Ten Pin Bowling alley, English heritage Castle, golf, Pitch and Putt, a Sailing School, Children's beach club, Kayak and Peddalo hire, reasonably priced and upmarket beach cafes. They all have a mixture of rock-pool areas with sand (some are pebbly at high tide and best at low tide). There's a cliff path extension to the sandiest beach nearby. A bus connects all of the beaches. They all have parking and most have toilets nearby. There's free parking at the start of the walk with an interesting dockyard/liner port to observe. The town is a few minutes walk away with the National Maritime Museum, ferries, pleasure boats, fishing trips, good shops, a historical centre, multiplex and art cinema. There's something for everyone in Falmouth. Try it!
