Re-reading 3/20/14Review 3/20/14I don't recall when I first read t his but it's my first re-read. Obviously before Goodreads because I never even rated it. Not rate a Cameron Dane? As if!Anyway, while not as powerful for me as some of Dane's other works she totally succeeds in crafting characters t...

This story was TERRIBLE! BEYOND terrible, actually. I have never wished that I could scrub my eyeballs and bleach my brain more than I did at about 55-60% in this story (and that's saying something, because there was plenty of terrible writing and freaky plot points before that as well). It's truly ...

The story flowed very strangely with lots of time jumps until the end. It kept me from feeling invested in the characters, their situation, or their supposed bond. The resolution was strange, and neither sexy nor romantic. The agreement between two characters (both of whom where in love with other p...

I liked this. However, I wanted more. I wanted more coupling between Adam and Rhone (not just one long sex scene at the end). I wanted them as a couple out in public. My heart hurt for Adam, because of his family. Then for the aunt to come back and beg him to go to his dad's bedside at the hospit...

Here's the thing, I try not read two books by the same author back to back because I hate picking apart any similarities I might find. (And I found some but due to the fact that I enjoyed both books regardless of them, I won't bitch.)Mostly. :PI'm rating THREE & A HALF stars but I'll round up. Why? ...

1.5I like this story when it first started, the jumping of time could have been a litter smoother, I was liking both Adam and Rhone. But then the whole bit with him walking in on Adam and Kasey just did not work for me, was too unbelievable and at that point was glad this was a short story.

I loved Rhone and Adam, they were such a sweet couple when they actually got together. I have been put off reading this book for a while, for the simple reason its so short. Shorter books can put me off if I think it should be longer. That is normally the case but I really did like this book, no mat...

It was alright - the dialogue was a little flowery at times (a little 'soap opera') but what really lost the extra stars was the way the two MCs came together. It was pretty unbelievable and far too fast.

Sweet novella about a couple guys who are secretly attracted to each other and finally need some friends to help shove them together.

I really enjoyed the setup for this book and I think the story had great potential, but in the end it just didn't work for me. I think perhaps if it had been longer and had delved a bit further into all the characters I would have liked it better.
