Fire Baptized is an rather interesting story were super naturals are cut off from the rest of the world living in these small cities. Even among the supernatural’s there is a hierarchy – purebreds (shifters, demons, vampires, fairies, witches and pixies) run things they have money and opportunities ...

Not as excited as I hoped to be, but overall the writing was good and the story even if obvious was constructed well. My only problem was that I didn't connect with any of the characters, but that's just me. You might feel different about the whole thing. I liked the ritualistic nature of the murder...

I was approached by the author for a review. As the blurb interests me, I agreed. It was definitely a fun read; fast-paced and action-packed.What I really loved was the world of Habitat. This is a paranormal dystopian novel. It is an interesting combo. The supernaturals along with some unwanted...

This book tells a story of Lanore who is a mixie that controls fire and it basically revolves around the ...

I love reading a book I know nothing about and finish it pleasantly surprised. Like the description says, all the supernatural creatures live in "habitats" (actually giant cages spanning an entire city). The story never goes into why or how that happened. It is an interesting shift from most other ...

Fire Baptized is an intense book which is dark and gritty but still a fantastic read. From the very beginning of the book you are faced with real life situations such as shop lifting, murder, drug usage, and the list keeps going. Lanore, a mixed breed, is walking home one day only to witness a murde...

This is a 4.5 star.I read this book on a recommend from Kat Kennedy who reviewed it a while ago.So, man did I like this book! Great from start to finish. The world was creative, interesting and raw. It was fun to read an adult book, after all the YA fare I've been consuming lately. The habitat is ...
