The first 3/4 of this book was very enjoyable, a good entry in the Weather Warden series. Disappointed in the ending and not sure what the purpose of the last-minute plot device is. Seems cliched and unnecessarily delaying of overall series' plot. Otherwise, good 5th volume. On to 6!

Best Weather Warden book so far. It was an intense read, but also a really powerful and action-packed novel. I loved this one. Really hoping something that happened towards the end didn't actually happen - but I guess I can only read on and find out. 5/5 stars
