2.5 boring Christmas story that was just ok.
I like the story an the writing, however I think it would have gone over better had the characters been older. As I pictured the characters while reading I gave them both an extra 10 years each. The dialogue seemed to 'old' for 18-19 year olds.
The prose, the dialog and the character development was stilted and uninteresting. I felt as if I were reading a laundry list of activities and details instead of a flowing story. I hardly ever have trouble finishing a book, especially one under 100 pages but I couldn't finish this one. I kept think...
