Gary R. Chandler is a native of Colorado. He is a graduate from Colorado State University. Chandler is the author of eight books that focus on sustainability and biodiversity. He also is the author of the Language and Travel Guide to Indonesia (two editions). Chandler is the founder of Crossbow Communications, a firm that specializes in public affairs, issue management and marketing strategy. He now lives and works from Arizona. Chandler is working on his next book, which will celebrate people who make great sacrifices to save and assist animals around the world.
