I should note here: I don't judge anyone for their religion, or mock them. I am agnostic, I am impartial. Whatever you believe is up to you- I simply didn't enjoy this book, and think anonymous needs to get their shit together.

I am going to TRY to read this. Last time I only got through to the Third Book of Moses, which is the "Leviticus". I will most probably review this on the way. Honestly, you must have heard of him, he's just like the most important scientist ever practically.Von Neumann died a year and a half later, in great pain. While at Walter Reed Hospita...

A challenging read, but rewarding. Regardless of your religious beliefs, or lack there of, the Bible is one of the foundations of the cannon of western literature. It is the very essence of the term "required reading."

Self contradictory, Inflammatory, Racist, Sexist, Boring, Fundamentally Flawed, Full of rape, violence, incest, spousal abuse, slavery... I have nothing nice to say about this book, except that some of the illuminated panels are quite pretty. The poetry and fables of the Qu'Ran, whilst no more belie...

Note: this review is of the translation, not of the content. The King James Version (KJV) is one of the greatest translations out there. Sure, it sounds a bit old-fashioned (perhaps a bit too much like your grandparents), but there's a flow that you don't find with more contemporary translations like...
