Short and sweet!
This is the story that got me hooked on Lindsay Buroker's work. Action, humour, and a well-thought out, original plot--what more can one ask for?I even re-read this from time to time.
The tasty tidbits in this book only tortured me further as I wait for the next instalment of the Emperor's Edge books (I seem to always end up in this predicament with my favourite authors!).
