James Haywood Rolling Jr. is Associate Professor of Art Education and Teaching and Leadership in the College of Visual and Performing Arts and the School of Education at Syracuse University. James earned his Ed.D. in art education at Teachers College, Columbia University, and his M.F.A. in studio arts research from Syracuse University. James has taught in various elementary school settings for nearly a decade and currently serves as Chair of Syracuse University's art education department. James is preparing the release of the "Arts-Based Research Primer," a new introductory textbook for Peter Lang Publishing, and is currently completing a new book on the social origins of creativity for Palgrave Macmillan titled "Swarm Intelligence." As an award-winning scholar and educator, James remains committed to facilitating the ongoing story of how we humans constitute, shape, and reinterpret personal and collective identity.

Give it a big pass. It's basically like a leaflet to sell you CBT. It explains what CBT is, depression, anxiety, and what one can get out of it. That's it. One can find as much or more in the Wikipedia article, plus there's actual websites that explain better and give actual CBT tools. If you need C...
