I love Jamie, he can do no wrong and I'll buy pretty much anything he writes. We've already used the Roast Chicken recipe and one of the leftover recipes that go with it. The whole idea is very useful, especially as we're a family that have been stuck in the rut of using its leftovers in their ori...

I was so impressed with this book. One normally think that Great Britain's cuisine is not very good, but if you dig in their roots and take the time of discovering what it really has to show, you can get amazed. Lots of quick, delicious, and affordable meals for those days when you are in a hurry. I really recommend it to everyone who don't have a lot of time for cooking.

I love his cookbooks.Don't judge me.And yes, I know it's ridiculous to buy an "American" cookbook by a visting Brit.Whatever. The Dan dan noodles and Candied Bacon Salad alone are worth your derision.

Further, the style of food - meant for sharing in a family sized group - was not suitable to my situation. I'm not going ...

I had some mixed feelings about the book. First, the positive. The photography in the book is excellent. The recipes overall do look pretty good an appetizing, and Jamie's short essay segments are pretty good to read. The negative? This is not a book for those who need to or want to follow a healthy...
