The chapter on leadership was very good and completely applicable to any time period. Where the book misses is in using specific company examples; a few of which are no longer around. sometimes it's good to confirm your own knowledge about business. of course then you start to wonder why everyone isn't aware that promoting your CEO from within is the right way to go. and just because someone is currently working for the company does not mean they are unable to be revolutionary.
