I read an excerpt of this for school. It was very funny and I still love it, so much that I went and bought the book.
I tried, really I tried. I just didn't like it. At all. I listened to two of the CDs. The narrator was the worst I have heard...monotone, run-on sentences, no distinct voices to differentiate characters. And the language was...boring; the characters unattractive.
