Seeking a career in comic books, Kevin Paul Shaw Broden took art courses through out his educations only to eventually discover that no matter the media he was a storyteller.Kevin has been telling stories ever since. His first published story was a science fiction tale that appeared in his college newspaper. Since then he has written for television animation, including the Japanese series MIDNIGHT HORROR SCHOOL. Kevin is a member of the Animation Writers Caucus of the Writers Guild of America.For over the last ten years Kevin has been illustrating and co-writing the online comic book FLYING GLORY AND THE HOUNDS OF GLORY which can be found at http://www.flying-glory.com The granddaughter of the world war two super heroine Flying Glory, Debra Clay discovers she has inherited super powers and convince her high school friends to become heroes to help support their rock band.His first novel was CLOCKWORK GENIE - a blend of fantasy, romance, and murder mystery.It was quickly followed by REVENGE OF THE MASKED GHOST - About a masked mystery man in the style of the 1930's pulp novels.Following on the heels of the Masked Ghost, Kevin has been writing more pulp mystery adventure stories.His story "The Man Who Stole Manhattan" appears in the anthology BLACK FEDORA from Pro Se Production, and can be considered a distant prequel to FLYING GLORY AND THE HOUNDS OF GLORY.In Pro Se's latest anthology NEWSHOUNDS, Kevin has written the lead story "Stop the Presses!" about murder in printer's ink.He continues to write and draw, most of all he's a storyteller.
