Funny, very short chapters where Scieszka tells childhood stories. It has sort of a "Christmas Story" reminiscent feel to it, and I suspect adults possibly would like it more than kids, though there's enough to keep boys in particular entertained. I might read the "Car Trip" chapter - a puke domino ...

I think kids would enjoy it more. It is perhaps a little too lightweight for an older reader? On the other hand, it did stir up a bout of nostalgia in me.
