Some good bits, about the spy business, about history in 1815 or so, great cover art. Didn't like the romance at all, looked like a spy novel hiding in romance clothing.
Started off with an interesting premise and quickly devolved from there. At times infuriating, and not in a good way. The ending was ridiculously cheesy. Two stars because I made it to the end.
