Anthology all centered on boots of one kind or another It was I feel a lower than average anthology in that I skipped a lot of stories. I should count those toward the rating but since I didn't give those stories a chance to play out, I didn't include them in this rating. From the stories I read the...
70 authors contribute stories to this anthology about their experiences with bullying as victims, bullies, or observers. Normally for anthologies I go through each story separately, but I’d feel weird about doing that with this book since these are all personal stories the authors are contributing...
We are defined by the company we keep. This being particularly true for book characters. And when the secondary characters, the love interests, etc., are bland, not even a crisp, funny voice nor a snarky, clever antagonist can save a novel.I wanted to like this. The first few pages are full of sparkl...
I liked this book. I think the mythology is interesting and I'm curious as to what's gonna happen next. I'm still at a toss up between Armani and Apollo, but with the ambrosia in the picture and what it does, maybe Apollo has a small advantage.
That was an interesting book I think, I enjoyed it a lot and I can't wait to see where it goes from here. I like Tori and I hope there will be more about her heritage in the following books. I think Armani is nice, but I'm really curious about Apollo. I don't have a favorite yet. The plot was great.

When I received it, I was pleasantly surprised that Kalayna Price had a story in it too, as I'm a big fan of the Grave Witch series. Of course I had to read the...
