The end was a little predictable with respect to Richard and I have to say, I'm disappointed about Emma, but it makes so much sense in retrospect and makes me all the more sad for Carrie. A very heavy read but a very engaging novel. I couldn't put it down.
The topic of this book was INCREDIBLY tough, but the book was well worth the read..just be ready for a multitude of emotions to come from it. Incredibly written for a debut.
