I can't help but practice the "coach" way of doing things on a daily basis in my work and my life. Without the training I have been privileged to receive I would not be the person, professional, mother or friend that I am today.Through my years and relationships, I was led to my personal mentor, entrepreneur, CPA and attorney, David J. Zumpano. I was Dave's personal coach for 5+ years and when Dave's national attorney training organization, MPS, LLC, began to grow he invited me to lead his team and I continue to do so today. In 2007 I stepped right into the role of CEO/Director of Member Services/Strategic Planner and Coach, everyday wearing each of these hats. I lead a thriving national attorney training organization in succession with my cutting edge Company dedicated to creating, training and supporting entrepreneur's in an entrepreneur's world. I manage budgets, create marketing campaigns, and develop strategic alliance and all the other "stuff" it takes to run a successful business on a daily basis. In 2010, I was honored to be a contributing author of "Speaking Your Truth: courageous stories from Inspiring Women" that hit #3 on Amzon.com. But my true passion lies in coaching and that is evident with the 300+ law firms I have coached over the years.
