„Mortal Danger“ von Ann Aguirre, der Auftakt der Trilogie „Immortal Game“, schaffte es durch eine Unaufmerksamkeit in mein Bücherregal, die mir erst bewusstwurde, als ich es vom SuB befreite. Auf der Rückseite ist Aguirres „Razorland“-Trilogie abgebildet. Ich erinnerte mich, dass ich vor langer Zeit...

I really liked Enclave and I hoped this series would be just as good. Even though the story could have been great, since it had all the necessary elements, something just didn't connect for me. In the end, I was left with this feeling:-Edie might have been very smart, but it didn't come through. I...

So much could've been done with this book, but I was disappointed. She is a genius, but makes the dumbest decisions. The book was unbelievable. I will not read the sequel.

How to play a game you don't know the rules to? This story was nothing like I expected. With dark undertones and several urban legends running amock, every page was intriguing. This is a good read for Halloween!

It carries very different from what I read before and I’m already anxious for the next book. I don’t want to reveal too much about the plot but know that as the story goe...

When I saw this book in the bookstore I immediately thought of She Devil. This book is no She Devil though. There’s no Roseanne Barr type character who gets revenge while not obsessing over her faults. What we get is a book with a very insecure main character who becomes instantly beautif...

The story starts off with a girl thinking about suicide. In fact she is just about to do it when Kian comes into her life and gives her the opportunity to change things. While I like the opening concept, I did have some problems with the beginning of the story. Although I did like Edie her main goal...
