Great book! I read it out of order, starting with Finders Keepers, then End of Watch, finally coming to the original, but it was easy as all three can exist on their own. Liked seeing the beginning of friendships with Jerome and Holly, and then the relationship with Janey and how he found Brady. ...
Although the ex-detective is an idiot who apparently forgot all about procedure and common sense, the other characters were smart and helpful, and I liked them a lot. The middle of the book lagged a bit, but the beginning and end were really engaging. Four stars!
