read a long time ago. from what I remember, only made it to the halfway point because Ms. Melissa recommended it to me. boring.

There were pieces of this book that was so familiar-have I read this in high school and since forgotten it? This was a really charming book of a time most of us won't know set in the wilds of Canada. I enjoyed this and found it a quick read.
