Mustafa F. Ozbilgin is a Turkish-born British social scientist who researches in the field of equality, diversity and inclusion at work from interdisciplinary, international, and comparative perspectives. He has authored fourty chapters and papers in journals such as the Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Learning and Education, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Vocational Behavior and Gender Work and Organization and ten research monographs, including Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at Work (Edward Elgar 2009) and Global Diversity Management (Palgrave 2008). He is Professor of Human Resource Management at the University of East Anglia and director of DECERe (Diversity and Equality in Careers and Employment Research). He is the incoming editor-in-chief of British Journal of Management (British Academy of Management) and the editor-in-chief of the journal, Equal Opportunities International (Emerald Press) and he serves at the editorial boards of Academy of Management Learning and Education, Gender Work and Organization, among others. He has previously worked at the University of Hertfordshire, University of Surrey, Queen Mary (University of London) and held visiting posts at CEPS-INSTEAD (Luxembourg), Cornell University (USA), Japan Institute of Labor and Policy and University of St. Gallen (Switzerland). He holds a PhD from the University of Bristol.
