The usual overblown, unbelievable story, but delivered with panache. You can only get away with this sort of thing if you are a good writer, and Lee Child pulls it off every time. Eat your heart out James Patterson!

I really enjoyed this book - it's the first Jack Reacher novel I've read and, even though I'm a fast reader, this book took me a while to get through. Not because the plot was slow or boring...it made me want to slow down and read it carefully so I wouldn't miss any details.
