Why did I read this on my lunch in the breakroom? I knew it was going to make me cry, memoirs about animals always make me cry.Don't worry, I passed it off as really bad allergies.
Written by a lawyer. And you can tell. It's boring and dry. I had to push past all that dullness to get to the heart of the story, which was really lovely. This book isn't for everyone. Some might fall asleep.
