Peter J. Larson is first and foremost a father and husband. With three kids (ages 13, 14 and 16), Peter and Heather Larson enjoy a range of outdoor activities with their family. They have lived in Minnesota, Colorado, California and Missouri during their 20 years of marriage. Peter received his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Fuller Graduate School of Psychology in Pasadena, CA. He also holds a Masters degree in Theology from Fuller. Working as the Clinical Director for the Smalley Relationship Center, Peter's early career was specialized in marriage and family therapy. He later distinguished himself as a content creator and researcher as he co-authored the Customized Version of the PREPARE/ENRICH Inventory. He currently works at Gloo, Inc., a tech company in Boulder, CO focused on helping people grow to be all they were born to be. Heather J. Larson has her Masters degree in Psychology from Evangel University in Springfield, MO, and is a trained life coach. Working with Focus on the Family's National Institute of Marriage (NIM), Heather provides follow-up relationship coaching for couples and parents leaving NIM's intensive therapy programs.
