4/5 starsI liked this book more than the first one. Mal is - mostly - great. There is some unnecessary drama. But Kylie Scott knows how to write likeable women. Nice read.

I loved book 2 more than book 1 because I really loved Mal's goofy personality. He reminds me of Damon on Vampire Diaries. Also, there was no sex for the more than the first 50% of the book. There's nothing worse than boring drawn out sex to ruin the book. I love that Mal was a softy to Anne but ...
