Best selling author, Sandrine (Sandy) was born in Inglewood, California. Raised by "Old School" French parents, she later moved to Tucson, AZ. It was there that writing became a hobby. Always told she had a great imagination, Sandy wrote short stories for her friends in High School. In college, she took more writing classes while working on her Criminal Justice degree, but it wasn't until a soap opera caught her eye that she got involved in male on male romances. On the advice of a friend, Sandy dipped her toes into the world of M/M Romance. Sandy takes the writing seriously and has had countless conversations with gay men as well as hours of research. She's been involved with the military in one way or another for over twenty years, and has a great deal of respect for our men in uniform. She's traveled the world, but has finally returned to Arizona. There is now an Assassin/Shifter website!! I just wanna know about Loki and Cezar. But there are so many characters in here. I barely remember them. And I haven't read the santorno series and the 12 olympians. This series loosely connected with those series. Okay, I need to step back.

Knowing in advance this should be approached as a light read I was able to suspend logic and enjoy it...kinda. Again the premise was on point but the follow through was almost insultingly fluffed over. The MCs are very likable but I have to say the good doctor at times felt alarmingly like a stereot...

I bought this three years ago and finally got to it. Great premise. Weak follow through. So as far as 'brain bleach' this was okay. Nowhere near a great read, I didn't stop reading it but I didn't take it seriously.

3.5 starsThe plot is a bit silly. Mitch is an immortal. Why the hell Locke keeps denying his mate??This was sloooww buuurrnn. Have I learnt my lesson? Apparently not. 'Reluctant mate' are not my favorite plot. It's frustrating, annoying, and so on. But I admit I do love them together. What I dislike...

ARC of this book was provided in exchange for an honest review. I am so disappointed with this book. I had high hopes for it. I mean, come on. Rock Stars. The copy I received claimed to be the final draft but I feel like this was a completely unpolished manuscript. The story was not captivating. The...
