A great story centering around a very intense event. I've enjoyed P.J. and Cole's interaction in the series and their romance is just as good with exciting action and sensitive emotion. P.J. and Cole finally spend the night together but their next job shakes up the whole team.

I love PJ and Cole's story so much!!! Laughed at times, cried several times, cursed multiple times and cheered as well. Maya Banks wrote so many powerful scenes with this book. There is a rape in this story and Maya handled it with much class. Now time to go back and reread the rest of the series.
