I didn't like this as much as the first one. Since Tim was a Marine and Jeremy wasn't, they didn't spend nearly as much page time together on page as Lucas and Noah did. It felt like I missed out on the getting to know each other and the falling in love part of the story. However, I did like the cha...

This book was...boring. Mainly the parts with Jeremy and Tim. I couldn't feel their relationship, nor their love. It was all about leaving hickeys and sexing like rabbits. Don't get me wrong, sexing is a good thing, but in this book it felt like the writer used it in place of good old conversation a...

After reading this, now I know how much I adored Lucas and Noah. Despite of everything.

I love mated wolves. I can't say it enough. But this is what I wanted. I've read a few recently that didn't have much wolf interaction. So this definitely gave me my fix. I was a bit confused that Tim wasn't Jeremy's dominant since Jeremy is a True Alpha but whatever. Still a great read.

What this book lacks in severe UST (and some might miss that) as seen in the first story, it completely makes up for it by having an overall easy relationship between the two MC's because they communicate!! What a concept! This means actual culmination, completion, full on sex within the first 20%...

It was good but I liked the first one better!!But still I love Shifter wolves, Marines. Bring them on…..I thought Jeremy was sexy. Tim, I don’t know…. It took me some time to like them together. Couldn’t feel the connection! Although I like reading the sex scenes, the first half of the book I though...

*** 3.5 Stars ***I wasn't as enthralled with the story or the chemistry between Tim and Jeremy as I was with Lucas and Noah in Book 1, but McKenna's writing is too good - and her sex scenes too hot! - for me to give this anything less than 3.5 stars.

I enjoyed the first book in this series a lot - I thought Lucas and Noah were great couple, but what made me enjoy the first book even more was that it seemed to have an interesting plot as well. There was a lot of interesting military stuff mixed up with all the romance and sex. Lucas and Noah were...

Liked it. Didn’t love it like the first installment. Not a lot going on in this story. The MC’s have to be really great to hold my attention. And although I really liked Jeremy, Tim was a bit boring. He was just so correct. He did everything right all the time, it was frustrating to never see him lo...

65% in and I am seriously wondering why wasting even more time on this. Why did I bother reading SotW at all? I am a freaking masochist, that's why, but even then, I can't stand this book anymore. I don't give a flying bird if something or someone might prevent "Tim and Jeremy's mate-bond". Whatevah....
