I love my wired life but I have questions: Where are we headed? How do cyberspace and nature fit together? What should we be doing to make our digital lives integrated, healthy, and mindful? http://www.suethomas.netSue Thomas was born in Leicestershire, England, in 1951, to Dutch parents who had settled in the UK. She gained a degree in Humanities as a mature student aged 37, after which she began writing and university teaching. She founded the trAce Online Writing Centre at Nottingham Trent University in 1995, and became Professor of New Media at De Montfort University in 2005. Since 2013 she has been a Visiting Fellow at Bournemouth University and writes full-time. Her most recent book is 'Technobiophilia: nature and cyberspace' (2013). Other publications include the cyberspace travelogue 'Hello World: travels in virtuality' (2004); the novels 'Correspondence' (short-listed for the Arthur C Clarke Award for Best Science Fiction Novel 1992) and 'Water' (1994); an edited anthology 'Wild Women: Contemporary Short Stories By Women Celebrating Women' (1994), and 'Creative Writing: A Handbook For Workshop Leaders' (1995).

This is a very mixed bag of stories, some are very interesting and draw you in while some felt, to me at least, as if they were trying too hard to be edgy and hip.
