I kept waiting for this book to get good...it didn't. It gets two stars because of a it's punny use of the word unitard.

A good book that I didn't enjoy at all.

This is well-written, but Shteyngart's vision of a future American dystopia depresses me every time I pick it up, and I just can't do depressing dystopia right now. I'll pick this up again some other time.

More science fiction for people who have never read any science fiction. I got bored by the subtle romantic misogyny and wheel-reinvention.

It's like Woody Allen meets Ray Bradbury when they're both having a super sad day.

I am sorry to say that I could not actually finish this book. I made it to page 90 of 334. It is full of near future techno babble, America is full of annoying, kiss-ass, credit conscious, promiscuous, self serving, youth obsessed assholes. Oh- and the cover art is among the worst I've seen. I'm gue...
