This is a very good and thorough book detailing the 14 foods necessary for maintaining a healthy body and mind. Sadly my two staples, chocolate and coffee didn't make the cut(damn) but most of the other foods are things I eat on a regular basis so adding more of them won't be a huge lifestyle change...
