Navigating the rocky road of romance requires a sense of humor in my opinion,so all of my books are filled with love, laughter and heartwarming quirky characters. In real life, I live in the northwest and have raised four wonderful children to almost adulthood. The rainy backdrop of my area provides a terrific curl-up-and-create atmosphere for me. I can usually be found with my cats in a sofa pile with my laptop, spinning tales of strong women and charming men. My favorite aspect of being a writer is having LOVE triumph over all obstacles. Alright, this was a whole lot of "what the hay?" So the rating is rounded UP. The first tale... Umm...chicklit? Kinda dumb. Second had some...issues. Third one was... Huh?! Fourth had a OCD chick who would drive ME nuts, Fifth one was pretty cute, last one...Ok, I've read most all of Sparks'...

I picked this up for the Sparks story, but apparently I've already read it. The rest were blah. I was okay with the second and second to last stories. The rest I could have done without.

This was an eBook that had 190 pages on the Nook. The book has some funny moments.

It’s not obvious from how I shelved it, but I actually did enjoy this. It is a pretty stereotypical small town story -- the kind of mythical small town where the hero never bothers to lock the doors of his penthouse apartment. With its own swimming pool. And there were some exceptionally stupid mom...
