Cover Reveal: Their Discovery by Rebecca Grace Allen
Their Discovery
Rebecca Grace Allen
(Legally Bound, #3)
Publication date: April 29th 2019
Genres: Erotica, Romance

Brady Archer’s marriage is falling apart. He’s tried being the goofy guy who stole Sam’s heart, but it’s not working, and his inability to please her cuts him deeper than she knows.

Sam still loves her husband, but it’s hard to find him sexy when he acts more like her third kid than her husband. When she lands a new job at a law firm, Brady needs to pick up the slack. Giving him orders should feel tedious, but instead it unexpectedly reignites their missing spark.

While Brady glimpses the woman he fell for, he also unveils a side of himself that shakes him to the core. Turns out there’s no solid emotional footing between his duty at work to call the shots, and his need to call his wife Mistress.

But their attempt to fix things, including inviting Sam’s sexy female coworker into their bed, only widens the cracks in their relationship. Worse, when Sam discovers a discrepancy in the firm’s paperwork, she realizes she may have trusted the wrong person…and the fallout could cost her and Brady everything.

Warning: Contains a six-foot-five, ex-football player submissive and a ballsy, badass redhead who is learning to unleash her inner Domme. Scenes depicting humiliation, pegging, and threesomes could disturb, or stimulate a thirst for adventure.

"Nowhere To Hide" by M'Renee Allen

My Thoughts.....

All I can say is that this author warns the reader "This is a suspense novel with romantic elements and no cliffhanger. It includes adult scenes, violence and graphic language" so there is nothing left to say other than she indeed gives the readers just that!  Hopefully you have read the fist series..'going Nowhere Fast Book 1 because this read continues on to Book 2. This will definitely be one of those reads that will keep your attention because there is so much going on!  I not sure if I felt sorry for Melanie or what because she definitely needed so much help and it seemed like there was none of that around her. Those two brothers....Mason and Damien to me were both crazy and definitely twisted and believe me when I can there are a few more crazy characters in this story.   This was definitely one of those disturbing reads where everyone needed some type of therapy due to the fact of all that was going on...from 'betrayal, sexual situations, insane, secrets, lies, manipulation, murder, graphic violence' only to name a few of this suspenseful read that one will need to process. Did this author write a well written read?  Yes, I think she did definitely keeping my attention all the way to the end.  So, all that is left to say... if this is your kind of read enjoy!

My Thoughts......

What a suspenseful fast paced read that will keep you turning the pages to see what is coming next in this intriguing read. The author really has some very interesting characters that will really have you shaking your head and saying what? Since this is a a cliffhanger we will have to wait and see what will come next for poor Melanie Pittman who faces murder, blackmail and even 'sex for her silence by a brother who knows what has done." Now to get the rest of this suspenseful story you must pick up this author's Book 2 in "Nowhere To Hide." I can only image what that read will be all about!

#17 actually wraps up the events of the last volume, reviewed hereThen the next story really starts with the mermaids. I have to admit, I'm a bit like April when it comes to mermaids. And then these mermaids were these whole other amazing creatures, especially on the heels of reading Hunger Makes Me A Modern Girl: A Memoir by Carrie Brownstein. They were so AMAZING!

The story plays out well and I enjoyed the time spent with April on these issues. There are too many girls for each volume to show character progression for all of them, but we see different girls get their moments as the series progresses. April is definitely the one I identify with the most, and we both love mermaids, and I have to hear and learn what she does over and over all the time. That said, it has also been great to watch the others grow when the stories focus on them and remind myself of the lessons they learn as well. It's good reinforcement.

Now, on to another of my favorite things about this series: The Amazing Women in History that are mentioned in their exclamations. Collectively, this volume mentions the following women that you really must check out!

First Frost - Sarah Addison Allen

I don’t think this is her best book, although part of the problem is that Garden Spells is my favorite of her books and therefore any sequel is going to have to really impress me. This one–felt a little slight. I certainly enjoyed it, and as usual her writing is lovely, but I didn’t find it as deep or touching as her others.
