really great box set!
Sexy to Go Gay Romance - Jodi Payne,Leigh Ellwood,Eva LeFoy,Shiloh Saddler,Sam Thorne,Asta Idonea,Dale Cameron Lowry,Avery Duran,A.E. Wasp
Independent reviewer for Archaeolibrarian, I was gifted my copy of this book. I love, I mean, absolutely ADORE this box sets! You come across authors that you never heard of, read about people you need more of, and wile away the best part of a Saturday morning in pure bliss. 9 shorts, and I read 8 here, since I had previously read one, just last week. We have a little for everyone. Some paranormal, some Gods, some contemporary. Some sexier than others, some almost clean. Each of these authors are new to me, bar Lowry, whose box set I read last week. I can't say there is a single stand out, not for me. They are all really good, very well written with no spelling or editing errors I spotted. Each author now has a further book of theirs on my wish list. Since I can't point out ONE, 4 solid stars (certainly worth the £1.96/$2.54 Amazon have it at! May 8th, 2017) **same worded review will appear elsewhere**

not needed to follow main books
Tangled In Shadows: Kyn Kronicles Short Stories - Jami Gray
Independent reviewer for Archaeolibrarian I was gifted my copy of this book. Four shorts, designed to be read along the main books. Wrapped In Shadows, book 0.5 We are into produced to Raine, Gavin and Xander here. They are Wraith, members of an elite guard with in the Kyn, similar to the humans Black Ops teams. Only Gavin has a say here. Submerged In Shadows, book 1.5 Raine is on an enforced vacation with her uncle, Ryan, when they come across a Selkie, trying to get her skin back. I didn't fully understand the implications of what that meant, though. Raine speaks here. Masked By Shadows, book 2.5 Raine and Gavin are sent to New Orleans to deliver a package, and nothing is ever simple for this pair! Ensnared By Shadows, book 3.5 Ryuu, second to Vidis, of the Motoki Pack, has to deal with Lliana, of the Division, and a rather nasty spider! I don't know what I expected to get from these four little shorts, but I felt a little let down by them. After the first which was an introduction to the Kyn and these people, the other three books seemed kind of . . .I dunno . . .after thoughts, maybe? Oh don't get me wrong, they are nice little shorts, but I don't see their connections to the main books. Maybe that will come in future books, the diverging of the storylines. Nice little shorts, but you don't NEED them to enjoy the main books. 3 stars **same worded review will appear elsewhere**

freaking A-MA-ZING collection!
Falling Hard: Stories of Men in Love - Dale Cameron Lowry
Independent reviewer for Archaeolibrarian * A copy of this book was provided to me with no requirements for a review. I voluntarily read this book, and my comments here are my honest opinion. * Oh my days! I freaking LOVE this job!! I have, along the way, found some amazing authors I may never have come across reading for myself. Dale Cameron Lowry is one such find. This little collection of 9 short stories of men falling in love, or keeping that love alive, was nothing short of A-MA-ZING!! I've never read anything by Lowry before, unless I read it in a box set, but by golly the man can write short stories!! There is here a little bit of something for every one. Some contemporary, some new adult, some sci fi, some vampires, ghosts. The heat level for each is slightly different, some almost clean and some way more explicit, again, a bit for every one. There's no violence, not really, unless you count being bitten by a vampire :-) I have two favourties. Born of Fire - The fairies on Ireland’s north coast are notorious for kidnapping, and Aodhán of County Donegal has the scars to prove it. When the fairies abduct the handsome youth Cainnech, Aodhán seeks to free him—but risks losing his health and Cainnech in the process. AND Pacific Rimming — On Mike's fortieth birthday, his husband, Ken, takes him on vacation to Vancouver Island in Western Canada to celebrate. While Mike mourns his loss of youth, Ken encourages him to recapture it by bedding a gorgeous twenty-something man they encounter while hiking in Pacific Rim National Park. A night of no-holds-barred passion among the three men reveals a sizzling chemistry, and when Mike and Ken return home they find themselves longing to reconnect with the young Jason. Can what started as a one-night stand transform into a threesome that lasts? Two very different books, told in two very different ways. What I really loved about these books, was the depth of connection I felt to each and every character, and the connection to their world. Whether it be Ireland of old, or Mars, thousands of years in the future. Lowry nailed it, he nailed every single one!! Oh, and I should point out too, there is one story that is written, wait for it, wait for it ......first person, present tense. And ya'll KNOW how I feel about THOSE!! But here, because it's short, I really enjoyed it. So there *insert sticking out tongue and blowing raspberries at ya* So, because I actually managed to read this, in a single day at **whispers very quietly, please don't tell anyone** work, and because I enjoyed all 9 nine stories, and because I really REALLY want to read more by Lowry... 5 full stars **same worded review will appear elsewhere**

fabulous little bundle.
Naughty Heatwave: Turn Up The Heat - Frances Stockton,Tamara McHatton,Suz deMello,Alexa Silver,Nicole Austin,Berengaria Brown,Francesca Hawley,Marianne Stephens,Katherine Kingston,Charlotte Boyett-Compo
Independent reviewer for Archaeolibrarian, I was gifted my copy of this book.
I really do enjoy these naughty box sets, they have some surprisingly good tales!
We have a wide range here, some more explicit than others, but that is always the case with these box sets: different authors take their interpretation of the theme and run with their own ideas. We Have BBW, BDSM, Contemporary, Fantasy, Lesbian, MMF, Menage, Paranormal and Speculative fiction covered in ten short stories.
The longest took me an hour to read, that shortest just 30 minutes. Each story is complete, and has its own happy ever after.
There wasn't any single one that stood out, and there was one or two who's author's work I might not follow, but I certainly will others. I think I've only read all of these authors in these box sets.
Short, sweet and sexy. With no one stand out for good OR bad reasons, I rate the whole set an overall....
4 stars

solid four star reads
Bones Bundle (Dreamspinner Press Bundles) - Kim Fielding
Independent reviewer for Divine Magazine, I was gifted my copy of this book.
Two years ago, Dylan was bitten by a one night stand and now, every 28 days, he locks himself in a steel cage so he doesn't hurt anyone. But he can't go on like this, and moves almost to the middle of nowhere and lets his wolf run free. Chris lives next door. These are their stories.
Or rather, books one and two are Dylan and Chris; book three is a little crossover short from another series and book four is about Dylan's friend Ery.
I liked this set, regardless of that. I loved the interaction between Dylan and Chris, they were proper cute together. Funny too. And after Chris finds out Dylan issue, the wolf jokes are great! Dylan and his brother Nick are funny too, with lots of silly nicknames for each other.
Book one, Good Bones, is written entirely from Dylan's POV, but we do get some Chris in book two, Buried Bones. Book three, The Gig, is written from Travis' POV and is about his and Drew's meeting with Dylan and Chris. And book four, Bone Dry, is about Ery, Dylan's friend, and Karl, who lives in Dylan's pond.
They are all very well written, and well delivered. I'm left intrigued by Travis and Drew and their story and want to go and read their series of books.
Not overly explicit, just the right amount of sex and steam for these books, and it does get a little gory in places, especially when Dylan is wolf. I loved that there were two distinct halves to him.
Good Bones and Dry Bones are my two favourites.
4 solid stars across the set.
