I was fortunate enough to win a copy of Collette Cameron's book, The Earl's Enticement. I loved the story of Adaira and Roark. The Earl's Enticement is a well written book with plenty of action, drama, humor, lovable characters and steam. I look forward to reading more from Collette Cameron in the future. The Earl's Enticement is about 350 pages of enjoyable reading and is a complete book, not a cliffhanger.

In addition to my original post, I listened to the audiobook, given as a gift, and I loved how Stevie Zimmerman narrated the story. The story was still good, and hearing the characters full of life held my attention the entire book.

Danger, lies, and spies, this story kept me reading. Gwendolyn gave up everything to start a new life because of her brother. Gwendolyn was an honest woman, caring and strong, and she listened to her intuition. Dugall had a plan for himself which did not include any type of relationship. His big heart and gallantry made me fall in love with him. When it came down to it, he knew what he had to do. Another good story by Ms. Cameron. I recommend this story and the series.

A very interesting read!! Oliver is a noble, honorable man who cares for his ship's crew like a family while ignoring his true family, and I loved him. Blaike is an honest and open-minded woman which made her a good partner for Oliver. The funny M'Lady Lottie had me smiling and giggling like everyone else. As hearts break because of noble intentions, I kept turning pages to see how all would end.

I did not want to stop listening to this story. Mayra is a wonderful character. I found her honesty refreshing throughout the story as well as her need to help others. She grew up knowing she did not have a choice in a husband, but she did her best to change that. Logan was sweet even as he was deceiving Mayra. My heart went out to both of them as they dealt with their situation, and the ending had tears in my eyes.
