REVIEW BY DEBBIE - Concierge (Black Raven #3) by Stella Barcelona
Concierge - Stella Barcelona
The Concierge delivers anything…for a price.

A provider in the underworld of human trafficking, the Concierge fills deviant orders of an exclusive clientele with inventory collected from people who live on the streets. As client requests are delivered, a personal obsession with New Orleans artist Andi Hutchenson festers…until the predator’s quest is possession.

Andi Hutchenson lives in a world of fear-fueled shadows.

Two and a half years ago, Andi was kidnapped, tortured, and left for dead. Since then, crippling fear has ruled her life. Round the clock security enables her to leave her French Quarter home to paint the world around her, but Andi’s past is about to collide with her lonely present.

Gabe Hernandez believes his client is safe…but she isn’t.

Protecting Andi is a given, but Black Raven Agent Gabe Hernandez is captivated by her and wants to entice her back to the land of the living. Yet with each tug on the lifeline he offers, Gabe is pulled deeper into Andi’s world, where the dividing line between imagined horrors and real-life demons is whisper thin.

The Courtyard Corpse
The Courtyard Corpse: A Cassie Hall Concierge Mystery - Sherry Lodge

See this and all of my reviews at Mystereity Reviews

Cassie Hall, a concierge at the exclusive Parkstone luxury apartment building in Bethesda, MD, is thrilled when golf superstar Kip Ace and his wife, Bunny move into the building. Not long after, Cassie finds Kip in the Parkstone's Crabapple Courtyard - dead! With The Parkstone in a 24 hour lockdown while police investigate, restless residents and her job on the line, Cassie sets out to find a killer

I really enjoyed this charming cozy, it was a great weekend read. With a fast-paced plot full of misdirections that had me glued to the book, it was one of those great stories where you change your idea of whodunit with each chapter. With likable characters and a comfortable atmosphere, it was easy to get locked into The Parkstone with all the other residents. I got a real kick out of Mrs. Canterbury, and Cassie is an engaging main character, determined, stubborn and resourceful. I liked that the characters had enough of an introduction to give you a good idea of who they are, but leaving a few questions to be (hopefully) answered in later books.

Overall, The Courtyard Corpse is a great start to a new series, and definitely one I'll keep on my watch list. Cozy mystery fans will find a great new world to enjoy at The Parkstone, and a perfect weekend read.

Secrets can be hot
Her Secret Lover (What Happens in Vegas) - Robin Covington

This is book # 11 of What Happens in Vegas series.  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  It can also be read as part of the series.  The choice by the reader does not impact reading the story and either way makes a fun read.

Kelsey met Micah when he stays for the week at the hotel she works at.  She is assigned to be his personal concierge.  She is also his fan, but witholds this information as she wants to make him comfortable and handle the situation like a professional.

Micah is immediately attracted to Kelsey.  He looks for signs the feeling is mutual.  They start sparks flying all over the place.  Kelsey is trying maintain professionalism, since her job is on the line if she crosses the line.

This book has many surprises in store for the reader.  That is part of what makes reading it so much fun.  I loved how the characters came together.  The heat and the romance are also what make the book so good.  I give this story a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP.

Love, Your Concierge
Love, Your Concierge - Jessica Ingro This was an absolutely perfect read during my flight from London. One hot as hell man in Grant Morgan and his perfect mate in stubborn Elizabeth Ward. Both characters could irritate you with their stubbornness, but it was the perfect way to spend a few hours on a plane.

Jessica Ingro: Love, Your Concierge
Love, Your Concierge - Jessica Ingro, Kathy Krick (Editor)

A Love, Your Concierge egy olyan nőről szól, aki munkáját tekintve amolyan mindenes. Ügyfelei New York jómódú rétegből kerülnek ki, gazdagok és híresek. Legyen szó akár virágvásárlásról, ékszerekről a szerető(k)nek, vagy mosodába elvinni adott személy ruháit, esetleg egy gyerek születésnapi partijának megszervezéséről, Elizabeth Ward mindent megold. A háttéren dolgozik, ritkán találkozik ügyfeleivel.

“I carry your heart. I carry it in my heart.”
