Glitter on the Web - Ginger Voight

I liked the h Carly and the H Eli not so much in this book, I think I would have liked him more if he had his own pov as to me he seemed more fake than genuine as it looked like he was constantly playing it up for the camera especially when she hurts her ankle.
I liked reading Carly's inner thoughts especially when she gets roped into being his fake girlfriend for the press,
I found this book funny and I liked how strong Carly was, I did think that Eli genuinely had a phobia against larger woman as there was nothing to prove that he wasn't especially as he always bypassed her whenever she was working.
I liked her friends including Caz, the smooth talking casanova who in a way I was hoping Carly would get with lol but I liked seeing how he was constantly there for her as a friend.
Eli I thought was more genuine when it came to his little sister and it did warm me a little towards him and it made me understand the way he was because of his family, I didn't like how he was self centered and when he couldn't get his own way he would be childish, I didn't like how he went with another woman and his career didn't get affected by it which is the only reason why he is pretending to be with Carly in the first place to make him and his career look good, yet she has to sign a contract saying she couldn't stray.
The ending I did like but I would have liked to have known whether he was just playing with Carly's friend and keeping her around until the time was right or if she was actually helping him because throughout the book they would constantly flirt with each other but aside from that the ending made me happy but I would have liked an epilogue as I would have liked to have read more about them.

San Francisco Serenade by Ginger Voight
San Francisco Serenade - Ginger Voight

The story begins when Sabrina has to go to her favorite city in the world (San Francisco) through the Christmas holidays. The only thing is this she's really lonely. Her last relationship ended right after this holiday last year, and she's unsure where her life is going now. But when she sees her teenage rockstar crush across the room in the hotel lobby she thinks maybe she will get a chance to meet him. But that quickly turns out not so great.
However, when she least expects it he has a change of heart, these two lonely souls find each other for Christmas, but will it be enough to last longer then the holidays?

This was a very short sweet Christmas story. I really loved both the hero and heroine, and the whole plot was interesting as well. The only thing that could have been better was the insta love part. Now, that being said I do like the instant love connection that is in a lot of books, however, I just wish we could have seen more of what connected them together then what we did see. It was still a very interesting short read that really got me in the Christmas spirit!

Entangled (Fullerton Family Saga #2) by Ginger Voight
Entangled (Fullerton Family Saga #2) - Ginger Voight

In Book 2 of the Fullerton Family Saga, teacher Rachel Dennehy heads back to California to save her favorite little boy from his rapid downward spiral. She feels responsible for Jonathan's destructive behavior, knowing it was her broken promise that sent him off the rails. She moves in with Alex, a man who had been her nemesis for so long. Thrust together with the shared goal of saving Jonathan, they find more in common than they had realized.

In fact, it is Alex who comes to her rescue Drew confronts Rachel over her “betrayal.” The chemistry still burns hot between them, but Rachel cannot forgive Drew’s cruel deception. Unfortunately he is unwilling to let her go. Drew Fullerton doesn't like to lose, especially to his younger brother. So he proceeds with his plan to win her back, using every trick in the book to force her hand, including his son.

Young Jonathan holds fast to his dream of a real family, which tears her in yet another direction. Her heart is torn between the three Fullertons, all of whom need her in very different ways. Someone is going to get hurt, no matter what she does. She struggles to do what is right, even when she finds it puts her at direct odds with what she wants.

How far must Rachel go to win back Jonathan’s trust, and protect the men she has grown to love?

I'm really starting to hate Rachel, she tries to make herself out like she is this saint and trying to save this boy but all the time she just wants to slut around with the Fullerton Brothers.

Enticed: Book 1 of the Fullerton Family Saga
Enticed - Ginger Voight 5 Amazing Stars!

So far I have never read a Ginger Voight novel that I didn’t like…. and guess what? She never disappoints!!!!

Is there anything I don’t like about this book? Absolutely nothing!

image

I loved it!

Rachel, still being haunted by her painful past, received an email from a prominent businessman Andrew Fullerton, to tutor his troubled son, Jonathan. Seeing this as an opportunity to change her life, a break she desperately needed… she took the job. What she didn’t expect was that she would be dealing with the Fullerton family saga while protecting Jonathan, the 9 yrs. old child that is caught in the middle of it all.

Rachel Dennehy’s character is classy, sincere, humble, outspoken, strong and huge heart. She is definitely one of my favourite female character in a book!

Jonathan Fullerton is the sweetest, loveable, unspoiled, most innocently and confused and most hurt beautiful boy who dealt with his parents ugly divorce and is still dealing with their much uglier custody battle. My heart goes out for him!

What I love most about this book is the bond between Rachel and Jonathan, how Rachel protects, love and teaches Jonathan about life.

Then there’s Andrew, a.k.a. Drew… I was definitely rooting for Drew and Rachel… he would do anything to get what he wants but I didn’t know to what extent he will do to get it!

image

While Drew’s brother, Alex, seems to be full of hate against Drew and thinks the worst in Rachel… so many times I just want to just shut him up!

You will hate and love the Fullerton brothers.

Once I start reading I just couldn’t put it down. It is intense, edgy, emotional and full of surprises! And since this is just the start of the first of the trilogy, it’ll leave you wanting for the next book!

Most excellently written and written in Rachel’s POV.
