More Than A Romance Novel
A Brother's Honor - Brenda Jackson

Now, that was a good story. I flew through this book never noticing passing time or pages. I was fully immersed. I immediately fell in love with the Granger brothers, Jace the mature, strong and wise eldest brother who's a lawyer, Caden the middle child who is a laid back musician and Dalton, the spoiled smooth youngest son who is a confessed ladies man.

I also liked Shana. I would've preferred for her character not to give in so easily and fast to lust but it's a romance and the women only last for so long before they wilt for the desirable irresistible man. That being what is was didn't quell my enjoyment of this book. I'm eager to learn about who killed Mrs. Granger, Caden and Shiloh's story and If Dalton will find the first woman he has sought after.

Book #2 Coming in 2014, Caden Granger's story titled, A Son's Promise

I would like to thank Netgalley and the Publisher for the opportunity to read and review this book.

A Brother's Honor - Brenda Jackson So another new series and I really liked this family, each brother has their personal secrets and for the first book we had Jace falling in love. But this romance is much more than just a love story, because the brothers are finally back home after their grandfather died and now they have a company to save.

Many secrets in this book, first we have to discover why the company is heading downhill and Jace hired a firm to investigate and try to save it. Shana is the president of this hired firm and we can see from the first day that these two have sparks flying everywhere.

What I liked the most was how much family is important, because we can see during the story what Jace brother’s are doing and even Shana family at times too. I get the feeling these two families will met again in another romance story really soon.

Plus there’s another very important story behind this series, because their father is currently arrested for a murder, and he is innocent, the boys are meant to prove the real killer and save their dad, but things are more difficult than they knew.

A Brother's Honor (Grangers, #1)
A Brother's Honor - Brenda Jackson A Brother's Honor was an awesome read, no less than what one would expect from a superb author such as Brenda Jackson. This is the first book in what is definitely a good start to the series and I can't wait for the other books in the series. The story pulled me in from the very first line. The style was a bit different from the other books that I have read by this author. The story was easy to read and it flowed beautifully. I loved the characters, especially Jace, the hero and his brothers, Caden and Dalton. I love the bond between them and the way they had each others' backs. I thought the romance between Jace and Shanna was realistic. I like how the romance between these developed throughout the story.
The plot was believable. This is a story of murder, deceit, industrial espionage and romance. It had me so hooked that I could not put it down, I just had to find out what was going to happen next. The love scenes were hot, just what readers of Brenda Jackson would expect. This story was filled with quite a few twists and turns and it had me on edge trying to figure who was the villain or villains. This was an excellent read and I would definitely recommend it to fans of Brenda Jackson as well as readers who love contemporary romance mixed with a bit of intrigue.
N.B I received an ARC from Netgalley to provide a honest review.
