This is a cute book brought to you by the same people who brought you The Bad Seed, The Good Egg, and the Cool Bean (Jory John and Pete Oswald). I read it to our library classes on Zoom last week and the kids loved it!

This is an entertaining book, especially to read aloud (and to all scream "Chomp!" together). The illustrations are colorful and fun. Overall, an entertaining read about a greedy little dinosaur. The writing style is similar to Mo Willem's Pigeon books where the main character talks directly to the reader, which is a fun way to make the book more engaging. |
I laughed, out loud a couple times, but it wasn't something I'd reread over and over again. Nice to kill a half hour if you need to laugh, though.
