My ongoing Judgment Day Challenge Status

Ticker Judgment Day Challenge

"Judgment Day Challenge" to cleanup samples on ereaders.  See here for challenge details but adjust to suit yourself.  It's working out very well for me to make myself read enough of a sample to judge before "allowing" myself to start a new book.  See further down page for my ongoing conclusions as to the book titles and whether I'll be reading the sampled books.

Challenge: Judgment Day Sample Cleanup

I'm starting a "Judgment Day Challenge" to cleanup samples on various devices.

You know, all those free samples you download to check out books friends were reading or that caught your eye when browsing.

The challenge is a very simple one -- in November (or whatever month you want to start), read enough of a sample to judge if disliked, unsure, okay, liked, or must buy book--or whatever wording you want to use.

Make a post to keep track with the tag "Judgment Day Challenge"

Comments about the sample read are optional. Participate by either or both:

(1)  Setting a number of samples you want to judge that month.

(2)  Judging at least one sample in between starting your other reading.

You might also find it helpful to organize onto shelf names (not required; but, may help to shelve as "sampled disliked" "sampled must buy" type of shelf names).
