Toller vierter Teil der Reihe
Die 100 - Rebellion: Roman (Die 100-Serie, Band 4) - Kass Morgan,Lars Zwickies,Michael Pfingstl

Cover:

4 Sterne.

#11 - Rebellion by Kass Morgan
Rebellion - Kass Morgan

I don't really know what to say about this series. I really enjoyed the TV show and not so much the book series. It is something that does not happen really often...  I guess I shouldn't have started the TV show before reading the book series. the TV show has way more content than the books and is much longer.

If you do not compare it to the TV show (which is now impossible for me), the book series is quite fun to read. The idea and the world created by the author are great, I love the concept. The characters are also great and well developed.  But I just could not stop comparing them to the TV show characters, who are not the same at all. That was confusing, especially at the beginning.

I guess it's a great and original book series but the TV show made it look flat and that is such a shame. I still recommend reading this (even more if you have never seen the show!)

Homecoming
Homecoming - Kass Morgan 3.5 stars

I still haven’t started this show, but reading this installment of the book series made me really want to watch it. I’m more interested in the lives of the cast and finding out the outcomes.

Review: The 100
The 100 - Kass Morgan

I really don't know how to feel about this. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't all that great either. It was easy and fast to get through, but it didn't seem like a lot of action. It was a lot of minor events up until the very end. I liked most if the characters, but I would have liked more background on the other teens sent to Earth. Or more on the Cataclysm. A better description of the ships Walden, Phoenix and Arcadia. I couldn't figure out how they were "ships" but connected by sky bridges. There was a lack of world building when it came to the space parts. But the way Bellamy reacts to all the sights of Earth were touching. It makes me realize I take these sights for granted.

The 100!!!
The 100 - Kass Morgan

This pains me so much. AAAAAAH. I love The 100. The tv show. The book not so much.

I knew it would be different from the tv show, that characters would be missing but I'm not a fan at all.

These kids are getting send down from there spaceship to earth, as guinea pigs to see if things on earth have gotten better and if humans can survive there again. What I expected was them exploring the earth that they only heard stories about. Instead it seems like all we got was relationship drama. Especially the POV's from Wells and Clarke (except she has the worries about her friend Thalia). The only one who really explored things and actually tried to surive on earth instead of just sitting around the campfire and arguing about everything, was Bellamy. He was my favorite part of the books (and that's something I never thought I would say). Also back on the ship, Glass. Someone elses POV who was just full of relationship stuff. I'm in no way saying that this is a bad thing. I just wish it would have more than that.

The writing was really easy to get into and overall it was a book that you can go through really fast. But meh. Nothing happened until the end. So maybe the second one will get better??
