I like the story. What I didn't like? The obnoxious love polygon and the fact that I saw all the major twists coming from a book away while the main character was so surprised even when she had thought about it herself beforehand.
I'll be continuing this series I'm just hoping these things get better.
Mehhh...I'm not sure exactly how much I like this book? I defiantly don't like Zoey practically falling in love with every boy she meets in 5 seconds flat. Especially considering one of them is an Ezra/Aria situation and I am not down for that. And otherwise the amount of insta-love in the book? Not a fan.
A few years ago, when I was a teenager, I feel like I would have really enjoyed this book. I still did like the book I could just see the obvious flaws with it now. I can't tell if some of the things in the book are just tropes or plot twists, time will tell. I'm excited to continue with the rest of the series!
36 SF genre books; highlighted above are just ones by authors I recognize.
Blood Kissed (The Lizzie Grace Series Book 1) - Keri Arthur is likely to be more Paranormal Romance or Urban Fantasy than Science Fiction genre.
Fortress of Ice - C.J. Cherryh is a truly excellent series.
