Thx, Loe, for reccing this to me!
I'm not sure if I'd have picked up a Hannigram fanfic on my own, otherwise. Although I watched and loved the TV show itself I never considered Will and Hannibal as a potential pairing, which is why I wasn't overly fascinated with this fandom at first. Tbh, I'm still not really--even after this...
But this was totally enjoyable, even though I was a bit hesitant to pick this up due to it being a prison fic. Which isn't really a premise I prefer... All the more surprising that I found myself enjoying this quite a bit. Imagine that! (Although I probably won't be re-reading this any time soon (or ever..).)
All in all, a well written, enjoyable and disturbing piece of fanfiction with quite a bit of madness & insanity, a deliciously portrayed dysfunctional relationship and Stockholm Syndrome--if you like that sort of thing.^^
Or, in short: F R E A K Y (L Y) G O O D
